We went to the doctor this afternoon and everything is looking good! We got the results from our cystic fibrosis, down syndrome and others tests back and everything came back negative. Which was great news! Josh and I have been waiting about a month to hear back and it definitely took a large weight off our shoulders. There are so many things that you are concerned about when carrying your child and that is just one less thing we need to worry about right now. Please continue to pray that the rest of the pregnancy goes well. You can never have enough prayers!
This was the first appointment since getting pregnant that I have gained weight. I was so sick in the beginning that food just turned my stomach. I lost about 12 pounds. I obviously do not have that problem anymore! :) I can't seem to eat enough now! I am feeling great, even though I'm gaining weight! I still don't look pregnant...to me, I just look fat!
Josh and I are both doing good. Our house is still a mess from the busted pipe but we are hoping that the contractor will be here next week to start working. It will be so nice to have our living room back. It will also be nice to have the floor back in the nursery...I'm ready to start buying some stuff! We still haven't decided on a name but hopefully we will choose one soon.
