As you can tell, I haven't updated the website in quite some time. I guess life just gets busy and you forget about some things! :) We have been busy getting things ready for Madison's arrival. The nursery is finally finished...well at least for now. Everytime I walk in there I think of another thing that I need/want to do! We are constantly trying to get the house in order but it never seems to end. Welcome to our new life, right?!?!
We had 2 wonderful baby showers given to us by family and friends. One in SC at the lake and one in VA. Madison got so many wonderful things and we couldn't be more blessed to have such loving people in our lives. We truely appreciate you all and everything that you have done and continue to do for us!
We are now down to 3 days! Can you believe it? I have so many things running through my head! On one hand I am so excited for her to finally get here and on the other hand I am absolutely terrified! I'm nervous about labor as well as being a mom. I am also hoping that Josh can make it through the delivery...if you know him, you know that he doesn't really like blood! :)
We are as ready as can be I guess. Our lives are definitely going to change...for the better, I do know that! At my doctors appointment last week, everything looked good. I have no idea if I am dilated or not. They won't check me unless I have a problem or go past the due date. Which I think is weird...but whatever! It is absolutely nerve racking just waiting to go into labor. I am just really curious to know if anything has happened! I wish she would just get here already! But she will come when she's ready. If she hasn't arrived by Thursday, I go back to the doctor then to discuss our "plan." So now it's just a waiting game. We will let you know when we head to the hospital...any day now!
I haven't taken many pictures but will get Josh to take some more. I'll try and post them soon!
