Many of you may know by now that my dad was recently diagnosed with CLL, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. After getting over the shock of the word CANCER...I am feeling much better. The doctors are very optimistic and so is my dad so that always helps! I know that he will be just fine, especially with so many people praying constantly for him. He is being treated at Gibbs Cancer Center at Spartanburg Regional Hospital.
He went through his first round of treatment last week and did great! He was still able to go out and play golf (a few times) after his chemo treatments...pretty amazing! Renee' has created a website to keep everyone up to date on his treatments and how he is feeling. Please check it out...we can always use extra support and prayers!
